Available in-studio or mobile within 20km of Ipswich CBD
Our remedial massage sessions are a personalised treatment experience – combining skilled assessment, hands-on techniques and tailored aftercare to help you move and feel better long after your appointment ends.
What’s Included
Each session begins with an in-depth consultation to assess posture, mobility, pain patterns and the underlying factors contributing to discomfort. From there, a targeted hands-on treatment is applied using techniques such as trigger point therapy, myofascial release and deep tissue massage to relieve tension, restore movement and improve overall function. To support long-term results, you’ll receive personalised aftercare guidance including stretch routines, mobility tips and the use of self-release tools such as foam rollers and massage balls to help maintain balance between treatments.

Remedial Massage
Follow – Up Visit

Continue your care journey — in-studio or mobile
This shorter session is ideal as a follow-up to an initial remedial massage, or when managing less complex concerns like general tension or maintenance between deeper treatments.
What’s Included
Each follow-up session includes a brief re-assessment to track your progress and identify any changes in posture, movement or discomfort since your last visit. Treatment is then tailored to focus on the areas that need the most attention, whether that’s building on previous session outcomes or addressing new areas of tension or pain. To ensure continued improvement, aftercare guidance is reviewed and adjusted as needed, providing you with the most effective stretches, mobility tips and self-care tools for your current needs.
Perfect for conditions such as
Follow- up treatment is perfect for managing general muscular tension or stiffness, providing relief and improved flexibility in everyday movement. It’s ideal for ongoing neck, shoulder or back maintenance, helping to release built-up stress and restore postural balance. Those recovering from training or physically demanding work will benefit from faster recovery and reduced muscle fatigue. It’s also highly effective for easing stress-related tension and postural fatigue, supporting both body and mind in returning to a state of calm and equilibrium.
Benefits
Follow-up treatments help maintain the progress achieved in previous sessions, preventing tension build-up and reducing the likelihood of flare-ups. They play an important role in encouraging ongoing balance, posture and pain relief, ensuring your body continues to move and function optimally. By keeping the muscles and nervous system supported between more in-depth treatments, follow-up sessions help sustain long-term results and overall wellbeing.
