Reflexology Massage
Restore Balance From the Feet Up

Reflexology is a structured technique that uses targeted and firm pressure on specific zones across the feet. These zones are believed to mirror other parts of the body, including the back, digestive system and nervous system. Therefore, by stimulating them, your body receives signals to relax, regulate and self repair.
Unlike a basic foot massage, reflexology focuses on deeper patterns. In fact, it’s particularly common that clients experience tension in the feet that affects posture, hips or even lower back pain. Over time, regular reflexology sessions can help restore physical and energetic balance.
Who It’s For
Almost anyone! However, it’s especially helpful for people who:
- Spend long hours standing or walking
- Experience chronic foot, ankle or calf discomfort
- Feel emotionally or physically drained
- Struggle with sleep, stress or burnout
- Prefer a focused, grounding treatment without full-body massage
Additionally, this treatment supports circulation, lymphatic flow and deep relaxation. Whether you’re physically tense or simply need time to reconnect with your body, reflexology creates space to reset.
Choosing the Right Session
You can book reflexology as a stand-alone treatment or have it incorporated into your remedial massage. This is particularly useful if your therapist identifies foot tension as a contributing factor to discomfort elsewhere.
If you’d like both reflexology and remedial work in other areas, we recommend a 60-minute session. However, if you’d prefer a treatment focused purely on your feet, a 45-minute session may be ideal.
